Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • original tags must be attached.
  • original packaging, free of stains, scents, or damage.
  • proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on socks or undergarments, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, you may request an exchange. Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is processed for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
